His eyes darted back up to her face when she finally looked at him again, and so he gestured to her feet, the lack of trail in the space between them, and then his own tracks. True, he didn’t stumble around the forest like some clumsy mortal, but even he could not move like that.

“No- it’s completely unnatural.” She quipped playfully, turning her nose up in the air as she walked above the snow next to him. Her small form taller than his.

“Of course it’s natural for an elf.”
